About

Photography is about more than how someone looks.

The most interesting photographs are the ones that reveal something about the person in them.

Their confidence. Their warmth. Their curiosity. Their intensity. Their humour. Their quiet presence.

That is what I am looking for when I photograph someone. Not perfection. Presence.

My Approach: Capturing Essence Through Clean, Bold Imagery

I approach every session as a collaboration rather than a production line. Before we begin, I want to understand why you need the photographs, where they will be used and how you want people to experience you.

During the session, I will coach you through expression, posture and positioning while paying attention to the details that make a portrait feel natural. We will review images together as we work so that you are part of the process rather than simply waiting to see the results afterward.

And when it comes to editing, my philosophy is simple: Refine the photograph. Don’t reinvent the person. You should still look like yourself. Just yourself on a really good day.
